When you are emotionally well you’ll start living life in ways that will

CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER!

If you have good emotional health YOU…

Believe that there is a good balance to your life between leisure time, activity, and work
Feel good about yourself, and don’t suffer from self-esteem issues
Believe that there is a purpose to your life
Are able to accept changes easily and just go with the flow
Enjoy living, and know the value of fun and laughter
Have less stress and are better equipped to deal with stress
Have fulfilled, connected, intimate relationships with yourself and others
Are contented and fulfilled with your life

Even when you know how important it is to take good care of your emotions actually doing those things can still be a tall order for most people.  As you know, it can be tough to find time for yourself, and considering how much we have to do and how little time we have to do it, people often feel guilty about pampering or spoiling themselves from time to time. Or, if you’re like some people, you may just try to power through, ignoring your feelings and stressors and hoping they just go away. But as you know, they almost never do. Not only do our problems not go away, they often get worse, and at some point, unaddressed emotional problems can result in serious consequences, from illness to relationship problems to harmful behavior.
